We’re happy to work with trades and professionals you already have in mind, or draw on our own team of people we know deliver reliable work. Either way, we bring together people who communicate well and solve problems quickly.
Before demolition day, we’ll help you get a clear picture of your project scope and budget. We’d recommend adding 10 to 20 percent contingency to both your budget and your timeline. Even with the best planning, things come up.
If you’re doing a major remodel where electrical and plumbing will be down for a while, we’d strongly recommend moving out for the duration. For a kitchen or bathroom renovation where you have another one to use, staying put is usually fine.
Our project management fee is 15% (incl. GST) of your total renovation budget, or $132/hr incl. GST depending on the task. We don’t mark up the trades or materials we help you secure, so our fee is often offset by what we save you elsewhere.

We take care of the coordination: organising trades, ordering materials, tracking the budget, keeping the schedule on track and being the main point of contact so you’re not juggling several tradespeople yourself.
We predominantly work with our own network of trades, tradespeople we’ve worked with for years and are confident in the quality of. Since we can’t guarantee the quality of trades we haven’t worked with before, we’re generally selective about bringing in outside trades.
No, that’s outside what we manage. Our trades follow all relevant building codes while on site, but approvals and permits are a separate process you’d arrange with your certifier or council.
Yes. We’re based in Enoggera, right next door, and Ashgrove is one of the suburbs we work in most often, along with the surrounding areas of Brisbane’s inner north west.
